Announcement and entry form
The Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair Quilt Show will be held on May 18 and 19 at the
Scio Middle School Gymnasium. Judges Choice and People’s Choice ribbons and
prizes will be given to the two best quilts in the show. Ribbons for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
place will also be given in the following quilt categories:
Bed quilt – Hand quilted, machine quilted, long arm quilted, and tied
Baby/juvenile
Abstract wall hanging/art quilt
Pictorial wall hanging/art quilt
Group quilt
Quilt made by a child under 16
Quilted clothing
Quilted household items
Historical quilt (not to be judged)
Quilts can also be submitted for display only and will not be judged. There is a $5.00 donation requested for each quilter (not per quilt) and you may enter as many quilts as you wish. Quilts must be dropped off at the Scio Middle School gymnasium on Friday, May 17 between 1:00 and 5:00 pm. Judging will begin at 5:30 pm on May 17.
The Quilt Show will be held in the Scio Middle School gymnasium and hours are:
Noon to 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 18 and
11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday, May 19
All quilts must be picked up between 3:00 and 3:30 pm on Sunday, May 19.
